Photoshoot Instruction Guide

Objective:

Capture high-quality, engaging images for your website and marketing materials. These images should showcase the practice’s welcoming environment, positive patient interactions, and professional team, conveying warmth, professionalism, and a connection to the community.

Theme:

Professional yet approachable, with a focus on genuine smiles and positive patient experiences that make patients and families feel comfortable and valued.

1. Patients in Various Congregations

Capture images of patients with the team and doctors in various settings—open bay, treatment coordinator (TC) room, and front desk. Ensure diversity in age and appearance, focusing on natural smiles and relaxed postures.

2. Treatment Coordinator Interaction

Photograph the treatment coordinator discussing treatment plans with a patient, using an over-the-shoulder angle to show documents or screens (without revealing sensitive information). Focus on authenticity and attentive expressions.

3. Orthodontist and Patient in the TC Room (need pics of both doctors with patients)

Capture a warm, professional interaction between the orthodontist and a patient in the TC room, emphasizing comfort and engagement.

4. Celebratory “High-Five” Moments

Photograph celebratory moments, like a high-five between a doctor and a patient. Focus on capturing the movement and genuine joy of both individuals.

5. Patients with each Doctor in the Treatment Chair

framing for a cohesive look. Then get each team member individually in a full and 3/4 position, so if anyone should leave, we can move others into their position.
